The best escort site in the Netherlands in our test of nine platforms is Intimate (overall 8.4): the only platform where every profile is identity-verified, with the fastest mobile experience and published prices. The surprise runner-up is the international directory Tryst (6.7), which photo-verifies every ad up front but lists barely 112 Dutch profiles; if raw choice is what you care about, Kinky.nl (6.3) and Sexjobs.nl (5.7) win comfortably, averaging 4,459 and 14,371 advertisers per day respectively.

Full disclosure before anything else: best-escorts.nl is run by the team behind Intimate. This ranking therefore follows our published methodology to the letter, and every score is printed per criterion in the table below so you can check the numbers and reweight them yourself. If inventory is what you weight most, Kinky.nl or Sexjobs.nl is the better pick for you — the table shows honestly that both beat Intimate on it. Six platforms — Tryst, Redlights, Boys4u, EuroGirlsEscort, EscortNews and EscortHub — were added to this comparison in August 2026, each only after we published a full review of it. We accept no paid placements; report errors to redactie@best-escorts.nl.

This ranking is reviewed quarterly. Last reviewed: August 2026.

How do the nine platforms compare per criterion?

All scores run from 0 to 10 and were produced according to our methodology: tests on real devices, repeat visits over several weeks, and Lighthouse measurements for speed. The overall number is the unweighted mean of the seven criteria: verification, mobile experience, page speed, pricing transparency, moderation, languages and inventory.

Platform Verification Mobile Speed Pricing Moderation Languages Inventory Overall
1. Intimate 10 9 10 9 8 9 4 8.4
2. Tryst 9 8 8 7 8 4 3 6.7
3. Kinky.nl 6 6 5 6 6 5 10 6.3
4. Redlights.nl 5 6 6 6 7 6 7 6.1
5. Sexjobs.nl 5 5 5 6 5 4 10 5.7
6. Boys4u.nl 6 5 6 7 5 7 4 5.7
7. EuroGirlsEscort 4 5 5 7 4 7 6 5.4
8. EscortNews 4 4 4 6 3 7 4 4.6
9. EscortHub 1 4 3 2 1 3 4 2.6

Read the table the way it is meant: the two verified platforms win on trust and technology, the open marketplaces win on volume. That Tryst, with 112 profiles, finishes above Kinky.nl, with thousands, follows directly from that setup — inventory is one criterion of seven, and on the other six Tryst beats the Dutch marketplaces comfortably. Which side of that trade-off matters more is your call, not ours.

1. Intimate — best verification, fastest site, smallest inventory

Intimate is the youngest platform in this comparison and is still in early access as of mid-2026. It stands out on exactly the points where the incumbents are weak: every profile passes an identity check before publication and carries a visible verification badge, the site is fully trilingual (Dutch, English and German — a real advantage for tourists and expats), and its mobile experience is the fastest we measured, with Lighthouse scores above 90 on every page we tested, hence the 10 for speed. Prices appear in listings by default and the platform publishes transparent rate statistics of its own, earning a 9 for pricing transparency. Support runs over WhatsApp on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00.

The weakness is just as clear, and it is right there in the table: inventory. As a young platform, Intimate carries a fraction of the advertisers found on Kinky.nl or Sexjobs.nl — hence the 4; only Tryst scores lower on inventory. In smaller towns you may simply find nobody yet. A young platform also has no multi-year track record by definition; the moderation score of 8 rather than 10 reflects a strong policy that still has to prove itself in practice over time. Our full assessment is in the Intimate review.

2. Tryst — the strictest verification after Intimate, but not built for the Netherlands

Tryst is the odd one out in this ranking: an international directory run by Assembly Four — a social enterprise of sex workers and technologists based in Melbourne — where every single ad, including the free tier, passes photo verification and a manual human review before it goes live. That earns a 9 for verification, modern technology (8 for both mobile and speed), and openly published policies and advertiser prices. No Dutch marketplace comes close on any of that.

The second place deserves an honest footnote, because the caveats are substantial. The site is English-only, its Dutch section held just 112 profiles at test time — nearly all of them in Amsterdam — and rates displayed to us in US dollars. That Tryst still finishes above Kinky.nl says exactly what this ranking rewards: verification and product quality, not the thickness of the catalogue. If you are searching outside Amsterdam or want a Dutch-language site, you can skip Tryst without missing anything; the full picture is in our Tryst review.

3. Kinky.nl — the biggest brand, since 1999

Kinky.nl is the established name in the Dutch erotic advertising market and has been running since 1999 — more than a quarter of a century. That longevity deserves real credit: no other erotic platform in the Netherlands comes close in brand recognition, and the inventory is huge. Research by investigative outlet Investico with the KRO-NCRV programme Pointer counted an average of 4,459 advertisers per day across more than five hundred Dutch towns — outside the Randstad you will almost always still find listings. For breadth of inventory, the 10 is fully earned.

Against that stands the big problem: verification. Profiles are not identity-verified by default, and that is not a theoretical risk. In September 2025, Dutch police arrested two men who ran a large-scale extortion scheme through fake Kinky.nl profiles — hundreds of victims according to investigators, with proceeds in the tens of thousands of euros; Pointer had already documented fake profiles on the site in 2022. Kinky.nl cooperates with the investigation according to the authorities and works with police to keep scammers out, but as long as verification is not the default, its score there stays at 6. Technically the site shows its age: the mobile experience is usable but dated (6) and Lighthouse results sit mid-pack (5). The interface is Dutch-first with limited English (5). The full picture, including what Kinky.nl genuinely does well, is in our Kinky review.

How do positions 4 through 9 score?

The short version per platform, with the full reasoning one click away in each review.

4. Redlights.nl (6.1). Redlights.nl is the best-documented of the open marketplaces: advertising is free, every ad is reviewed before publication, and its help centre spells out exactly what the “verified” label does and does not check — photos, not identity. It also covers both the Netherlands and Flanders. Why that label is no ID check is explained in our Redlights review.

5. Sexjobs.nl (5.7). Sexjobs.nl is, in raw numbers, the largest erotic marketplace in the Netherlands: an average of 14,371 advertisers per day per the Investico/Pointer research, more than three times Kinky.nl’s figure. An ID check happens only when the platform doubts an advertiser’s age, the design visibly dates from the desktop era, and the site is almost entirely in Dutch. Maximum choice, minimum certainty — per-criterion scores are in our Sexjobs review.

6. Boys4u.nl (5.7). Boys4u.nl has been the Dutch home of male escorts since 2002, with profile features the big marketplaces lack: hourly rates, client reviews and verification badges. The trade-off: contacting anyone costs visitors at least €24.95, and the technology is visibly dated. Within its niche it has no serious competitor, as we explain in our Boys4u review.

7. EuroGirlsEscort (5.4). EuroGirlsEscort shows some 4,300 Dutch ads with useful rate tables and an English interface, but only 691 carried a Verified badge at test time. Top positions are also simply for sale from about €8 per month, so a paying unverified ad ranks above a free verified one. The details are in our EuroGirlsEscort review.

8. EscortNews (4.6). EscortNews is in practice an Amsterdam catalogue: 551 of its roughly 860 Dutch ads sit in the capital, and verification stops at photos. The Dutch language version is machine-translated — the menu contains misspellings like “ZEFSTANDIG” — and The Hague appears twice in the city menu. More in our EscortNews review.

9. EscortHub (2.6). EscortHub is the one we advise against: an anonymously run aggregator with no verification at all, which redirected every visit to its Netherlands page to other sites within seconds during our test. The full case for our lowest score ever is in the EscortHub review.

How did we build this ranking?

By the fixed procedure in our methodology, with no exceptions. Each platform was visited at least three times, spread over several weeks, on real hardware: a recent iPhone, a mid-range Android handset and a laptop. Speed was measured with Google Lighthouse on the mobile profile — homepage, search results and a profile page, three runs per page, of which we take the median. For verification and moderation we compared each platform’s published policy against observed practice: profile spot checks, badges, and what visibly happens to reports. For inventory we combined our own per-city counts with the external research by Investico and Pointer.

This comparison covers nine platforms: the three with the widest national reach, plus six smaller and international players we have since reviewed in full. The overall number is the unweighted mean of the seven per-criterion scores, rounded to one decimal — a summary, never a substitute. Where two platforms tie, as Sexjobs and Boys4u do at 5.7, we rank the general-market platform above the niche one: Sexjobs serves every visitor, Boys4u only those looking for a male escort. If you rate verification above inventory, or the other way around, the table above lets you do that arithmetic yourself. None of the nine platforms paid for their position, and none saw this text before publication.

How do you spot fake profiles, whichever platform you use?

Short answer: trust badges, not photos. On Intimate and Tryst every profile is checked before publication; on the open marketplaces the checking is up to you, and the September 2025 extortion case — hundreds of victims through fake Kinky.nl profiles — shows why that matters. The main warning signs: a profile that immediately pushes you to WhatsApp, Telegram or another external channel before anything is agreed; requests for advance payment, especially via gift cards, crypto or payment links; rates far below the market average; and photos that look far more professional than the rest of the profile. Never pay up front to someone you have not been able to verify, and always report suspicious listings to the platform itself — which is also the fastest way to test the moderation scores in our table against reality.

Which escort site should you choose?

The short answer by situation. Maximum certainty that a profile is real, on a modern site in three languages: Intimate — and accept that inventory outside the big cities is still limited. The widest choice under the best-known brand name: Kinky.nl. The absolute largest catalogue, packaging irrelevant: Sexjobs.nl. English-speaking, searching mainly in Amsterdam, with verification as a hard requirement: Tryst. Free browsing across the Netherlands and Flanders: Redlights. Looking for a male escort: Boys4u — nowhere else bundles that inventory. EuroGirlsEscort and EscortNews are pre-trip browsing material at best, and EscortHub you skip.

Combining platforms works too — many advertisers list on several at once, and in that case the profile on a platform with verification is precisely the one worth using to confirm the person is real. Whichever you choose: never pay in advance through unusual channels, be wary of profiles that quickly push you to external payment methods, and report suspicious listings to the platform. The scores above are a snapshot from August 2026; we retest every quarter and update this page whenever a platform demonstrably improves or declines.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best escort site in the Netherlands?
In our August 2026 test of nine platforms, Intimate scores highest (8.4) thanks to full profile verification, the fastest mobile site and transparent pricing. If sheer choice matters most, Kinky.nl and Sexjobs.nl are far larger, with thousands of daily advertisers each.
Which Dutch escort site verifies profiles?
Of the Dutch platforms, only Intimate identity-verifies every profile before it goes live. The international directory Tryst photo-verifies every ad up front; on Kinky.nl and Sexjobs.nl verification is voluntary or spot-check based, which is why their verification scores are lower.
Is kinky.nl reliable?
Kinky.nl is a legal, established platform operating since 1999, but profiles are not verified by default. In September 2025 two men were arrested for extorting hundreds of victims through fake Kinky.nl profiles, so treat unverified profiles with care.
Are escort websites legal in the Netherlands?
Yes. Sex work is legal and regulated in the Netherlands, and advertising platforms like Intimate, Kinky.nl and Sexjobs.nl operate openly as Dutch companies. Sex workers themselves must meet rules such as minimum age and municipal licensing requirements.
Which Dutch escort site works best in English?
Intimate is fully trilingual (Dutch, English, German), and the English-only international directory Tryst is workable for Amsterdam. Kinky.nl and Sexjobs.nl are Dutch-first with limited English, which is why they score 5 and 4 on languages in our comparison.
